Hi. Can you tell me what kind of processors that is that you use. Great Job!

  3. Hi, as you guessed everyone is different! Most people (myself included) feel a difference right away, but for most people (myself included) it will take some time to get to feeling completely healthy! Just remember as it took anywhere from a few years to a lifetime to lead to unpleasant conditions in the body, it will take some time to undo it all so be patient. The best you can do is just start. You don’t have to go all raw, just have more fruits & veggies! Walnuts have omega 3s! Good luck! :D

Watched your videos but you leave me with a few questions. I know everyone will be different, but how long did it take for you to feel the benefits of the raw diet? You said you have ADD does this help your concentration though? I feel lethargic in the morning and suffer from insomnia, did this help you rise and rest better? And what about omega fatty acids were do you fit these in your raw food diet? Do you think supermarkets provide chemical free foods suitable for this kind of diet?

Is it ok to take mens one a day vitamins???

  8. Mindpetals says:

yes! yes! yes! I totally agree, Dan… we have SO, so so so so many raw foodist teaching people to put 1 million herbs and drops and all sorts of “super” stuff into each and every damn meal… and that’s just Insane!! to me…

  9. I also meant to add that today I am STRONGER than I ever was as a bodybuilder…go figure!

Also check rawveganbodybuilder for some vids that might be of interest to you.

One can certainly reach a fairly high level of health eating PURE, UNPROCESSED & ORGANIC animal products, no doubt… especially when compared to a standard american diet. However, I was only able to go beyond that level of health with fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds. They leave less residues in the body.

  10. It’s a personal choice for me! NO ONE “really” knows what humans are supposed to eat, myself included! I’ve just personally found myself to be in a healthier state eating this way than when I ate meat…I used to be a filet mignon eating bodybuilder. :D

Also, my friend Dave the Raw Food Trucker (check my channel for playlist) healed himself of Diabetes and Colon Cancer because he eliminated all meat from his diet…

So…just do what works for you, bro!

    Peace

Why not pure chicken and fish?

Humans are naturally to eat some meat.
