How isn’t white sugar/flour not vegan? It doesn’t come from an animal, which makes it vegan-friendly.
I like the simplicity of this recipe but I noticed that you used white sugar and white flour which is not exactly vegan. I would use whole wheat pastry flour and only maple syrup to replace sugar and safflower oil instead of canola. Its healthier.
I found out how much on your web site. Thanks!

Ugh, Chick doesn’t even know how to make cookies. Sugar isn’t a dry ingredient in cookies. You gotta cream together the oils and the sugar.
