that looks so good. I wonder what the nutritional counts are?

  2. Try it.. you could fill this inside a wrap with fresh avocado, some sprouted fresh mung beans or alfalfa sprouts and some chopped spring (green) onions and some fresh corriander (cilantro) :)

  3. Well, very healthy for you and tasty! In terms of actual precise nutrition , I haven’t had it analysed to find out the percentage of stuff – but it’s low fat, plant based, no cholestrol, sodium levels – you can add how much of that you wish. The herbs and warm spices will be beneficial to your body – as they will heal from inside (according to Ayurveda – which now western science is finally starting to acknowledge and credit and get ‘on the band wagon about’) :)

  4. indian english??? ha it is not english, it’s finglish or gebrish, this ppl beat the english realy badly. i don’t get a word out of indian english, do you?

  5. Great! :) So glad you are enjoying it and also awesome you like it in a sandwich too.

I love this recipe! I have made this many times and it’s very good. Have served it as a side dish to homemade veggie burgers and like you said, it’s very good as a sandwich. Thanks for this recipe! Yum.
