In terms of actual precise nutrition , I haven’t had it analysed to find out the percentage of stuff – but it’s low fat, plant based, no cholestrol, sodium levels – you can add how much of that you wish. The herbs and warm spices will be beneficial to your body – as they will heal from inside (according to Ayurveda – which now western science is finally starting to acknowledge and credit and get ‘on the band wagon about’)
